This blog provides a sneak peek into findings from Aberdeen Market Intelligence on Predictive Maintenance (PdM) in Manufacturing, which uses an algorithmic process to identify in-market users likely to make a purchase in the next nine months. 

Buying Intent: Predictive Maintenance Technology

Just how curious are today’s manufacturers about predictive maintenance, and what is their buying intent? On May 25, 2018, we analyzed weekly surge data on users in the manufacturing industry who were actively researching PdM technology (Figure 1).

Users on 332,000 website domains researched “Predictive Maintenance” this week, and 12,000 users (3.53%) of those users were actively in-market for a predictive maintenance solution.

Aberdeen clients who subscribe to Prospect Monitoring can anticipate detailed bi-weekly reports on this or any other technologies targeted to their areas of interest.
